Because it is the best first impression we can make. Some businesses hire us after the review, many just use the findings, and either way you know exactly where you stand. If your current provider is doing a good job, we will say so in writing.

Never. The review is completely confidential. We do not contact your provider, and nothing we do will show up on their radar.
